H'Istanbul Silver operates under Findos LLC, a United States company based in Tampa, Florida. Orders are coordinated through our administrative office in Tampa and fulfilled through our domestic and international logistics network.
Order Preparation & Production Times
Many of our pieces are made to order by master silversmiths in Istanbul. Heritage Collection pieces require 6–8 weeks for handcrafted production prior to dispatch. Signature Collection orders are typically prepared and shipped within 2–4 weeks.
These timelines reflect production only. Transit time and customs clearance are separate and may add additional days depending on destination and carrier. Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation with full tracking details.
Domestic Shipping — United States
Complimentary standard shipping is offered on all orders over $150. Orders below $150 are subject to a flat rate of $15. Express shipping is available at $40. Delivery timelines vary by destination and carrier.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via DHL Express or FedEx. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Transit times vary by country and are subject to customs processing. Delays arising from customs clearance procedures are outside our control and are not included in estimated delivery windows.
Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
