Returns & Refunds

Each object offered by H'Istanbul Silver is prepared individually, in direct collaboration with the master silversmiths of Istanbul's Grand Bazaar. Because every piece is made to order — shaped, engraved, and finished entirely by hand for a single commission — all sales are considered final once an order is confirmed.

We encourage those considering a purchase to review all product details carefully, and we welcome any questions prior to placing an order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Modifications or cancellations may be requested within a brief window following purchase, provided production has not yet commenced. Once a piece has entered the hands of our artisans, the commission cannot be altered or withdrawn.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Should your piece arrive damaged or differ from what was commissioned, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please include your order reference, clear photographs of the item, and photographs of the packaging as received. Each claim is reviewed with care, and an appropriate resolution — whether repair, replacement, or otherwise — will be arranged.

On Handcrafted Character

As with all work produced by hand, subtle variations in engraving depth, surface texture, or finish may occur from piece to piece. These are not imperfections. They are the mark of a living craft.
