United States All orders ship directly from Istanbul, Turkey via international courier. Delivery to the United States typically takes 3–4 weeks from the date of order confirmation. All customs clearance is handled by H'Istanbul — there are no additional import duties or fees for the buyer.

Made to Order Every piece is made to order by master silversmiths in Istanbul. Production begins upon confirmed payment. You will receive an email when your order enters production and a tracking number once it ships.

Customs Delays While we manage all customs clearance on your behalf, delays caused by customs inspection or processing are outside our control and are not grounds for cancellation or refund. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
